S1 E3 'The Coal King's Haunted Castle'
The Coal King's Haunted Castle is also known as Craigdarroch Castle, located in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. (Not to be confused with the one in Scotland.) This once might home is currently a tourist attraction, that is well maintained for both the living guest and the more permanent spirit residence.

With each breath you take you are nourishing yourself, and the vision of the self you have within. On earth, here and now, you feel everything that happens to you, happiness, sadness, pain, love, disappointment, disability(fear) and the negativity of life.
What you feel with is called your soul, it is the energy source within you. The soul distinguishes you; it is empathic side of yourself. The soul needs to be nourished. Your soul is the part of you that has free will, that knows right from wrong, the part that just knows. You know what I mean. The part that just feels, the soul feels the energy all around you from objects, people, environments, events, and life.
When you look in the mirror you see your soul, the essence of who you are on the inside shines through your eyes, in the way you walk, talk, express yourself in style. Your soul speaks to you, how often do you listen? Your soul speaks to you, just as it does to me when you have passed on.
It was believed that when a person dies, they die. There is now evidence from the other side that there is an existence, or evidence of the soul giving messages to loved ones.
Some people will say that your soul has taken residence in Heaven. My believe is that your soul has reached its Navada. What you believe is heaven or your heavenly home. Everyone’s belief is different, just like everyone’s belief in a higher voice is different. The thing is that when I talk to those who have died, they show me what they see, where they are now, how they laugh, play, and enjoy the moment. How pain, grief, sadness, disappointment is all left behind here on earth., for they have reached that place of peace. A place where the negativity, illness, and much more no longer exist.
This is one of the most exciting things that loved ones here find most heartening, that the ones they have lost no longer have pain and suffering. When contact with your loved one's soul (Spirit) is made, it is an event that in most cases allows you closure. Contact with your loved one allows you to heal and allows them to move forward.

As a medium, I try to help the transition of soul (spirit) and you to have the opportunity to have one more chance to listen to what they need to say. There are times when your loved one has one last message, need to apologize, or just let you know how much you meant to them (even if you did not know them). There is no guarantee who will come through, but there is always one soul that wants to be heard, this much over the years I have learned.
The most important thing here is to remember that your loved ones can hear you, even in death. Remember to love, laugh and most of all forgive. Please listen to what your own soul is trying to say to you even now.
